Les Deux Maisons is situated in the Haute-Vienne ‘départment’ of the beautiful Limousin, near the borders of the Poitou-Charentes region. Set within the small hamlet of La Grande Intrade, close to Oradour St. Genest and within 10 minutes drive of the Collégiale city of Le Dorat, we are situated between and easily reached from the airports at Limoges and Poitiers, which are each serviced by low cost carriers. Both are within one hour’s drive and we recommend that guests make use of the car hire facilities at the airports to fully enjoy the opportunities that the Limousin has to offer. We recommend that you book in advance for the best deals and have found that Rhino Car Hire offer a wide range of cars at very competitive rates at Limoges and Poitiers Airport. We offer you the choice of either or a self-catering gite, which accommodates up to four persons, or bed & breakfast (chambre d’hôtes) in our main house.
